Portia has been in foster care since February 2022. She has spent more than half of her life in the rescue and would love to be part of a family.  She is a bundle of Energy.  Please show her what a family life is like. Her adoption fee has been reduced in order to encourage adoption.  There is nothing wrong with her. She just hasn’t found her people.
