Fred is a sweet 4 1/2 month old heeler mix 33 lb pup.  

Poor dumped pups (Fred and his brother Barney) were almost run over by foster. She took them home with her. Barney and Fred are vetted and ready to come north!  They would love be to find their furever homes and get on this next transport

His foster says that he is somewhat Shy. He is a little bit food aggressive but a sweetheart to her.
