Barney and his brother Fred were dumped in the road and almost run over by their to-be foster. Fortunately she took them home.

Barney is friendly with other dogs especially his brother Fred. 

Barney and Fred are vetted and ready to come north! They would love be to find their furever homes and get on this next transport!
