This sweet Kelpie wandered into her foster’s son’s yard. She was posted on “found” sites but wasn’t claimed. She was pregnant at the time and clearly dumped.  Although she was abused and neglected, she has learned to trust again.  She sleeps under her foster’s bed and is sweet and craves attention. 

Hawlie’s adoption fee has been lowered to $270.00 to help her find a home.  She has been waiting for 2 years.
