Phoebe has been waiting for a long time for a forever home through no fault of her own.  To help get her a family faster, her adoption fees have been lowered to $270.00 USD. 

According to her foster, Phoebe is very friendly but shy at first when you meet her.  She is able to jump over a 4 foot friends so she needs a good yard with a high fence.  She has a thick coat which is far more suited to Canada than West Texas.
