According to her foster, Stevie was found starving to death with 2 babies in a park in Andrews TX when she was rescued.  She has recovered remarkably well.  She smiles and wags her tail all of the time. She loves all dogs, treats and pets and she is adorable when she plays with her toys.  She deserves a good home and so much more. This gentle soul is good on a leash and thinks that she is a lapdog. Stevie is missing some teeth either due to neglect or abuse.  She will make a wonderful addition to a family.
